Embodiment of Divine Souls, Amma’s Most Beloved Children!

My sweet children, I love you babies! I love you millions and millions of times, I love you billions and billions of times, I love you zillions and zillions of times, I love you trillions and trillions of times, I love you countless gazillions of times—countless, countless, countless gazillions of times. I always love you so much, my sweet children!

My most beloved babies, this year Sharan Navaratri starts on 12th October, Friday. All these ten days are very auspicious days; these days are very sacred days to worship Divine Mother Lalita Bhavani Devi, Durgambika. So on these auspicious days we must be very pure inside; we must talk always only truth; we must be very kind; we must be very compassionate. During these very auspicious days, try to worship Divine Mother with pure devotion.

The first day of Navaratri festival is on this very auspicious Friday, 12th October. My dear children, this is Hasta Nakshatra Yukta…  According to the jyotish shastra (astrology) Hasta Nakshatra is a very auspicious term. Hasta is nothing but the hasti. Hasti means gaja. Gaja is nothing but Ganesha.

So, the jyotish shastra mentions that this is the first month, the starting month. So, when we start the Navaratri festival with the Ganesha puja, all kinds of obstacles are eradicated by the power of this Ganesha puja.

So, start with the Ganesha puja on the auspicious Friday morning. Try to do the Ganesha puja in the morning, 6 o’clock time.  Place Ganesha in a very sacred place. Wash the Ganesha first with clean water. Try to do the Ganesha abhisheka with milk 54 times with this mantra:

OM GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA.

Then worship Ganesha 54 times once again with the mantra

OM GAM GANAPATAYE NAMAHA

with grass blades. And then offer all these things to Ganesha: sandal paste, red color flowers and red color fruits; give harati to Ganesha. This is the first puja for the Navaratri festival.

After the Ganesha puja do the Sri Chakra abhisheka with milk. Do the Sri Chakra abhisheka with the SAMPUTITA SRI SUKTA mantras. So chant one-one mantra as you offer one teaspoon of milk to the Sri Chakra. Finish the abhisheka to the Sri Chakra. And again wash the Sri Chakra with clean water and place the Sri Chakra in the same place.

Chant KHADGAMALA STOTRAM  in front of the Sri Chakra. [For this part of the puja you can] offer sandal paste to the Sri Chakra, turmeric powder, and also kumkum to the Sri Chakra. Put a ghee lamp in front of the Sri Chakra and also Ganesha and then start the Khadgamala Stotram in front of the Sri Chakra.

Navaratri festival time is a very auspicious time. It is a golden moment in the life. Each and every moment is very sacred and a very powerful time. So, children, try to chant the Khadgamala Stotram in front of the Sri Chakra. Khadgamala Stotram is a very powerful stotram. You know the Khadgamala Stotram. When we do nine hours of the Navavarana Sri Chakra Puja  it is equal to chanting the Khadgamala Stotram one time. So, chant Khadgamala Stotram in front of the Sri Chakra. It will take only 9 minutes. So, in front of Sri Chakra when you chant Khadgamala Stotram, it is equal to nine hours of the Sri Chakra puja.

And then chant the LALITAMBIKA ASHTOTARAM. These are the 108 names of Divine Mother. Children, this is a little bit hard, but you have Amma’s tape with you. So, you can follow the tape. You can offer the red color petals or red color flowers to the Divine Mother’s Sri Chakra. The puja is very simple. You can offer sandal paste, kumkum, turmeric powder, and the ghee lamp. Offer incense to the Sri Chakra. MEDITATE just mentally for 15 minutes in front of the Sri Chakra. After the Ashtotara puja you can offer some fruits to the Divine Mother’s Sri Chakra.

And then offer harati to the Sri Chakra. Chant MAHISHASURA MARDINI--one or two stotrams--in front of the Sri Chakra, and then

ASATO MA SADGAMAYA

TAMASO MA JYOTIR GAMAYA

MRUTYOR MA AMRUTAM GAMAYA.

And then the ending of the puja: LOKAH SAMASTA SUKHINO BHAVANTU. Finish the puja. It is simple, very very simple.

And then MEDITATE 15 minutes.

So, this is the first day's puja. Try to do puja in the morning and also in the evening. If it is not possible for you to do twice a day, try to do puja only in the evening time. I love you so much, children. In the month of Ashwija masa, the month of October, this puja is very specially dedicated only for the Divine Mother’s sake.  So, when you are doing this puja especially in this month you are going to get very great energy in your life. All kinds of problems will slowly disappear from your life and you will experience that very special Divine Energy within yourself.

I love you, children, I love you always – countless, countless gazillions of times!
