of acceptance, gate pass, arrival and departure form, and approval letters. Ashram
accommodations are filled to maximum capacity during the celebration. There are no other
alternative accommodations available due to the remote location of the ashram.  We therefore cannot
accept devotees who have not received formal approval of attendance via this application process.
