Receive Divine Mother's Blessings This Navaratri

For devotees of Divine Mother, there is no time of year more precious than Navaratri. According to the lunar calendar of Sanatana Dharma, Navaratri will be celebrated from October 12 - 21 this year. Amma has explained many times that the sacred days of Navaratri are the most important time of the year to worship Divine Mother and receive her abundant blessings.
Sadhana Helps Us to Absorb Divine Energy
Divine Mother is constantly protecting her entire Creation with the utmost motherly care and affection, but during Navaratri, she showers the whole world with unimaginably radiant energy. In order to capture this energy and draw it into ourselves, spiritual practices are necessary. As her grace is fully available during this time, devotees of Divine Mother make special efforts during Navaratri to obtain her blessings and make excellent spiritual progress.
Over the years, Amma has given much advice about what we can do during Navaratri in order to benefit fully from the powerful energy. To learn more about what kinds of practices or mantras are recommended during Navaratri, please visit the Navaratri Guidance page.
For those who are able to dedicate about two hours during each morning of Navaratri, Amma has provided a specific schedule of chants and pujas that can be performed. The special pujas invoke the divine blessings of Sri Ganesha as well as our beloved Divine Mother Sri Lalita Devi.
Amma has also given instructions for a wonderful puja to attract Mother Saraswati's grace during Navaratri. Saraswati Devi's grace is especially helpful for students, for those in creative pursuits, or for anyone who desires more peace, purity, clarity, and gentle kindness in his or her life.
